Working within a team of 3, the new recruit will be responsible for the following
The core elements of this role are:
Maintaining strong customer relations
Handling customer calls
Understand and adhere to all service levels
Generating Quotes
Up selling where appropriate
Following up quotes and processing orders from start to finish with reps and customers.
Using the in house database efficiently and effectively
Plan and schedule all work and manage customer expectations
Accurate completion of all data records and related paperwork.
