Kingsland Wines & Spirits is a well established and rapidly expanding company sourcing wines globally and bottling and supplying both wines and spirits to the UK retail trade. With five bottling lines and bag-in-box capability there has been significant recent investment in all areas of the business including people, plant and site development.
As a result to this development of we are now looking to recruit for the position of:
WAREHOUSE SHIFT MANAGER
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years high level management experience of working in a multi SKU/FMCG warehousing environment. In addition you should have experience of working in the following areas:
Working with SAP, AS400 or similar, or bespoke in-house Warehouse Stock Management Systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel
The key competencies required to fulfill the role are leadership, decision making, persuading and influencing, coaching, performance management and in addition, the ability to bring new ideas to develop and enhance the current systems whilst adding value to the overall warehouse operation.
The successful applicant will be organised, methodical, flexible and have a keen eye for attention to detail. In addition you should have key leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team. The candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent.
