Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor - £18,026. Normal office hours flex between 8am-6:00pm M-F with occassional saturdays - Full Training given.
High profile outsource company based in Manchester City Centre are currently looking for bilingual Welsh and English Speaking advisors to work on a variety of inbound customer service campaigns. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential in this role as you will deal with a wide range of queries and will regularly need to go the extra mile for customers. The successful applicant will have Customer Service exp ideally gained within a call centre environment & be fluent in the above mentioned languages.
