Insurance Fraud Fee Earner

This exciting opportunity is ideally suited to an ILEX or a Solicitor, with a background in defendant personal injury, in a growing claims validation team, which is part of the Injury Risk Group, and based within either the centrally based Birmingham or Manchester offices. The role will focus on motor/employers/public liability work to handle a caseload of pre litigated and litigated work, covering defendant minimal impact, staged and contrived cases, fraud rings, phantom passengers and grossly exaggerated claims.

You will be supporting the senior managers in the team with the more complex and larger fraud cases as well as assisting in marketing and development and growing the teams presence.

Ideally suited to an ILEX or solicitor with a demonstrable interest in insurance fraud related work who also has excellent relationship building skills, who can deal professionally confidently and competently with clients and who can be reasonably self sufficient whilst being aware of authority/competency limitations.

Salary is commensurate with experience and technical ability and ranges from mid £20k to mid £40k.
