Our client is an established leader over 30years in the medical industry and is now developing themselves in the pre/non hospital sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales support coordinator to join the business at a crucial and exciting time. The business has an excellent reputation in the industry and they are now looking to use this to its full advantage in pushing the new service forward.
As a new team set up you will be responsible for all sales support activities, dealing with new and existing customer enquiries, dealing with all order requests. You will also be involved in marketing campaigns and following up with new customers.
Duties:
Maintaining strong customer/client relations
Producing quotations
Generating and managing orders
Building good rapport with customers
Maximising sales leads
Handling customer calls
Using the in house database efficiently and effectively
Plan and schedule all work and manage customer expectations
Accurate completion of all data records and related paperwork
To be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to carry out all the above tasks and also have:
Experience of working within a similar role (desirable)
Previous Call Centre / Customer Service or Inbound Sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative.
