CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME)

Our client is a well known house hold name with an outstanding reputation for the quality of their products. An opening has arisen within the organisation for a professional Customer Services Advisor to work Monday to Wednesday the hours of work being 8.30 am to 4.45 pm. The role will involve meeting operational standards including timely and accurate order entry, back order book management, reconcile, tracking, management of delivery processes and query resolution. You will attend any required customer visits as appropriate to the account base, maintaining a positive customer experience in the event of operational or service breakdowns. You will also be responsible for proactively managing the conversion of customer order books, by driving allocation, releasing orders, and dealing with credit queries. To be successful in this role you will have a working knowledge of systems and end to end supply chain processes, be customer focused, target orientated and possess a positive attitude.
