The role of Team Manager is to motivate and manage a team, with responsibilities including recruitment, coaching and development, performance management and quality monitoring and feedback.
You must have a strong background in customer service or retention, telesales or inbound sales and call centers, and have a proven track record in team management.
You will be motivated by your own and your teams success and achievement, and will be looking for a role where you can start a successful career in management.
