Inbound Customer Service Advisors required for a City Centre based Insurance co £13,000 - £14,500
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join an established Customer Response team in central Manchester. You will receive inbound calls from customers reporting an insurance claim, this could be relating to buildings, property or cars. You need to be empathetic & understanding whilst ensuring all details are logged correctly, you may also have to liaise with 3rd parties to arrange replacements, repairs and assessment visits.
