Calling all excellent Conveyancers!!!
Our client, based in Liverpool is now looking to recruit 2 highly experienced Conveyancers to join their team.
Candidates will have 5+ years experience in Residential Conveyancing and you must have demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold and right to buy.
You must be capable of handling a high volume caseload and be capable of using a case management system. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are essential.
The successful candidates will need to be self sufficient so will not suit someone who is used to having a secretary as you will need to take/make your own calls and speak to clients over the phone.
