Are you looking for a step up the career ladder?
Can you do a better job than your manager?
Would you do whatever it takes to get to a level of management as soon as possible?
Do you rate your level of ambition and self-belief as above that of the average individual?
We are a fast expanding company based in the centre of Manchester. Due to the immense success of the industry we are in, which is face to face marketing, we require more managers both in the UK and abroad.
We are thus looking for at least 5 ambitious people we can progress intensively for a 12 to 24 month period within our business development programme. In order to apply you must be ambitious, enjoy a varied day and thrive on problem solving.
Your role will involve acquiring a new customer base for world market leaders.
You will be advising customers on a portfolio of branded products and services.
You will be required to gradually develop a team of 15 people, with the full support of management. Once fully trained you will be promoted to a level of management and required to manage an office in a city of your choice which requires the company’s presence.
The roles are suitable for both graduates and non-graduates alike, as we believe that experience and qualifications do not guarantee success, but hard work, determination and training do.
Travel opportunities, on both a short and long term basis, are available however a valid passport is essential.
