Are you the missing link to my clients sales team? Can you handle a team of lively sales people and organise their diaries?
My client, a well established and famous named IT services client is looking for an experienced and confident person to help manage their busy sales department. You will be used to working within a buzzy, lively sales office and must have experience in some of the following tasks.
To oversee and co-ordinate sales processes
To make sure the department runs smoothly at all times
To produce sales reports to various sales managers
Manage diaries
Organise meetings
Arrange hospitality
Minute taking
Raising purchase orders
Prepare presentations
To be first point of contact for key clients
It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience within a similar sales support role and will be able to think quickly and work well on your own.
