Contract Manager- North West- Interior Fit Out-Refurbishment-

My client is a Growing UK office fit out and refurbishment specialist and has a turnover of £25 million. They have 3 offices, with there head office in the north west supplying fit out and refurbishment services as a contractor to a variety of clients.

Specialising in commercial premises, mostly offices, and are highly experienced at working in occupied space.

They are currently looking for Contract Managers to look after there growing reputation in the North West.
The main purposes of this position will be to ensure Fit Out programmes are achieved, client interfacing, man managing and you can overcome problems within client awareness and internal views.

The right candidates should have a proven track record in a similar position within the Refurbishment/Fit-out sector.

You will attend a open day, find out about the company and set up a contract for freelance work.
