Key Role:
To work towards sales/margin objectives set by Branch Manager
To develop the business via telesales and cold calling
To interview and fully reference check candidates suitability for employment
Providing highest level of customer service and after-sales to clients and candidates
To ensure candidate application forms/documentation is completed thoroughly and kept up to date
To coach, mentor, train and develop trainee recruitment consultants.
Training and Development Training Academy The training consists of an intensive five-day course, which focuses on the practical and theoretical aspects of recruitment. To support the initial training and to further develop our recruitment consultants, we have scheduled training courses for consultants to attend. They include:
Interviewing Techniques
Client Visits
Advanced Sales & Negotiating
An advanced level training course is in place for managers and senior level staff to increase the productivity and effectiveness.
Please note: The training is tailored to meet the needs of all new recruits from trainee to senior consultants. Legislation Updates In the ever changing environment that recruitment is, we ensure that our recruitment consultants receive regular updates on employment law.
