A progressive law firm are seeking an experienced Fee Earner, to handle pre litigation work from allocation to the fee earner through to settlement or transfer over to the litigation team.
The work will mainly be PI RTA work.
You will be handling mainly fast track cases, liasing with clients, third parties, and insurers whilst working within a team of 9.
Successful individuals need to possess a good knowledge of PI Claims handling, claimant or defendant bias, and have experience of road traffic accident law, pre-action protocols, court rules, reviewing and valuation of injuries and assessment of special and general damages.
