Classic ASPUntil 12 months down the line - Then ASP.Net
My sprawling client based in Knutsford needs a confident and experienced developer to work on their award winning software products, initially using ASP and SQL Server 2005.
Working in a lively technical centre with other developers, testers, and implementation experts you will analyse technical specs, carry out design and coding and be responsible for delivery of the product. You will provide regular progress reports to the development manager and get involved with unit testing and code control.
You must have very strong Classic ASP skills to qualify for this role.
SQL server experience 2000/2005 is a must, as is CSS. Ideally you will also know Java Script, but this is not essential. The team have .Net developers so you will cross train into that in the future, what they are missing at the moment is someone who is very experienced with classic ASP.
The client is based in a fantastic country location in Knutsford, stunning surroundings. Commutable from Macclesfield, Manchester, Stockport, Northwich, Congleton, and Warrington. Great company to work forVery professional, with friendly and down to earth staff.
Salary circa £35k, plus bonus, full Bupa cover for yourself and family, life assurance, 26 days holiday, and very good working hours.
