My client is a billing solutions provider and is expanding rapidly within their Warrington based Head office. They are looking to recruit 3 Billing Analysts to join their 12 strong team with experience in the following areas
Experience of operating/supporting CRM and Billing systems, preferably within a telecoms environment (not essential)
Knowledge of Billing processes and back office processes.
Experience of resolving billing issues
Experience of SLA management
Some basic knowledge of IT
Excellent client facing/customer service skills
Other desirable skills would include any IBM/iSeries knowledge and any network experience.
