The Company are a successful debt collections qagency who collect debts on behalf of a number of large companies ranging from High Street Banks, Utility companies, Mobile phone companies.
Shifts: 35 hour working week- minimum
Weekly rotas
1Monday to Friday 8:00-2:00 Saturday 9-2:00
2Monday to Thursday 2:00-8.30 Friday 1.30-19.30
3 Monday to Friday 8.00-4.00
4 Monday to Thursday 2.00-8.3 Friday 1.30-7.30
There are opportunities to complete over time (charged at time and a half)
Role: You will be responsible for working from a predictive dialler, dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls Dealing directly with customers to collect outstanding debt. Applicants will be put on teams that manage specific portfolios eg utilities bought debt, banks bought debt etc.
