Collections Advisor Job Specification
Experienced Collections, Debt Management Advisors required to join an award winning Sub prime Lenders of Secured Loans and Mortgages company based in Manchester City Centre
My client, an established accident management company who specialise in providing valuable support, to vehicle dealerships, body shops and repair centres, are expanding and are seeking experienced Collectors or applicants who have experience within Debt Management or Recoveries to join their successful credit department in their modern offices in East Manchester.
The successful applicants will be responsible for collecting payments from customers who have set up a secured loan. You will work within a variety of queues that could include
Late arrears
Repossession orders
Default Notices.
CCJs
Court Orders
Previous experience within a debt management, collections or credit control role would be an advantage, my client are seeking confident and professional candidates who are target driven and money motivated.
Training will be given to provide each team member with a complete understanding of the above and advice and assistance will be offered wherever necessary.
Normal working hours Monday- Friday 2 shifts early, 3 shifts late
Saturdays 1/4
Salary from £16-18,000 basic
Monthly bonus = annual OTE £30,000
