The successful applicant/s will be working for an established family business. Within a busy office you’ll be processing sales orders, finance agreements and completing general clerical duties in a customer focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service.
• Switchboard Duties.
• Processing Cash/ Electronic payment transactions.
• Processing credit applications including credit checks (by phone and by internet based system).
• Liaising with sales team.
• Order Processing on computerised system.
• Arranging customer deliveries.

• Communication (By phone/ face to face/ email)

• Keyboard/ Typing
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
• Data Input
Five days per week (39hrs) to include one late night per week, weekends and Bank Holidays. Full and Part time.
Annual Holidays: Twenty days per year + Lieu days. Holiday period is July- June.

Dress Code: No uniform is supplied. Dark colours, preferably business suit
