My client are a progressive and fast expanding company in the Financial Management industry that is actively looking to recruit self motivated, enthusiastic individuals to enhance our dynamic Client Liaison Team in South Manchester.
The Financial Management industry offers a life line to consumers in financial difficulties who are seeking to consolidate their finances but have no mean of raising credit (i.e. poor credit rating, no assets to raise secured finance). A thriving industry that has been cited as the fastest growing in the UK financial services arena.
You will be responsible for contacting Creditors with a view to actively maintain and improve on the current relationship with the creditors, ensuring the service remains efficient and that information is provided accurately. You will be accountable for negotiating reduced settlement arrangements on behalf of the customers, taking in consideration the clients financial circumstances and ensuring the arrangement agreed is advantageous to the client and the company.
We are seeking applicants who have gained experinece of working within customer services, ideally from with some form of negotiation skills. This is not essential, however we are seeking applicant who have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to work to targets and deadlines and maintain a possible rapport with applicants.
Hours:
Weekly rota
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
10am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday
12noon - 8.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday OFF FRIDAY and 9am - 2pm Saturday
Salary:
£14000-17,000 is dependent on experience and all the roles offer commission and career progression, with brand new state of the art office facilities.
