The Role
Working on a predictive dialer dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls you will talk directly to customers to collect their outstanding debt in a professional manner to ensure that monthly targets are met or exceeded. You will also deal with a variety of disputes and account queries.
The Person
Contact centre experience along with a minimum of nine months within a debt collection role is essential. In addition, the ability to deal with a high volume of calls, you must be a money motivated individual who strives to exceed personal, team and departmental targets along with a focused, determined and positive outlook
The Salary & Hours
The contact centre is open from 8.00am – 8.30pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am-2pm on Saturday; you will be required to work on a shift rota basis working 35 hours per week.
Basic salary ranges from £14,000 up to £20,000 PLUS monthly UNCAPPED bonus scheme for hitting and exceeding your collections target. OTE £25,000 TO £30,000.
