Commercial Litigator Ref 08215am
A small but expanding firm based in central Manchester is seeking a commercial litigator to work on a very large case concerning Breach of Trust and a Partnership Dispute.
It is essential that the candidate has had previous experience of dealing with this type of matter previously and can either be a qualified solicitor or a FILEX.
The ideal candidate will show strong technical ability combined with tenacity and will be ambitious.
