A stunning country house hotel located in between Wiltshire and the Bristol area is looking for an experienced Head Waiter to work within their Stunning fine dining Restaurant. A fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within a similar environment as a head waiter or senior waiter wanting to progress.

Duties:

MAIN TASKS:

1.To be fully conversant with the companies aims and objectives and to play a proactive role in their achievement.

2.To manage and supervise all waiting staff while on Duty

3.To ensure customers receive a warm welcome on arrival and warm good-bye when leaving. You will often be the first and last person they see.

4.To ensure that bar areas are kept fully stocked for the business requirements and that you undertake stock checks on a monthly basis.

5.To aid in the serving of and to serve drinks from the bar to customers of the Hotel and Restaurant.

6. To have a good sound knowledge of all wines and menus

7. To look presentable and professional at all times

Skills needed:

1.Previous experience within head waiting or senior waiting.
2.To have worked within a fine dining environment
3.Supervisory experience
