Telesales Advisor

Working off a predictive dialler system in a modern outbound sales environment you will be making warm and cold calls to clients from an established database. You’ll work towards sales targets and you’ll have the motivation and drive to work toward and exceed sales targets.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES, PERSONAL DUTIES AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:KEY AREAS

Personal Support and Key Responsibilities:

1.To proactively and effectively work to monthly targets and deadlines.
2.To have previous experience within an outbound telesales focused environment.
3.To make outbound calls using a predictive dialler system.
4.To administrate and accurately log all information onto the company database.
5.To liaise effectively with external suppliers and internal departments.
6.To understand what is important to the business.
7.To give 100% dedication to the role with a desire to excel and achieve.
8.To deal with email correspondence.
9.To deal with a wide range of people at all levels.
10.To undertake training relevant to the post.
11.To undertake other such duties related to the work and appropriate to the post, as directed by the Directors and Team Managers.
12.To Priorities own workload to ensure deadlines, standards and targets are met.
13.To manage a high and varied workload.

It is a great company with good prospects, a stable environment and the basic salary is £13,000 with an achievable OTE of £16,000
