OUR CLIENT BASED IN THE ASHTON UNDER LYNE AREA ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR’S, THEY ARE ONE OF THE LEADING UK’S OFFICE SOLUTIONS COMPANIES, AND ARE LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC PEOPLE TO JOIN THEIR EXISTING TEAM. YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS AND BE COMPUTER LITERATE. THE COMPANY ARE OFFERING TEMP TO PERM CONTRACTS, SALARY £6.25PH.
THE ROLE:
*Answering Incoming telephone calls from business and homeowners.
*Working from a predictive dialler system.
*Data entry.
*Processing customer orders.
*Dealing with customer complaints.
*Chasing orders that are outstanding.
*Liasing with warehouse staff to track orders.
*Up selling promotional items.
*Cross selling other company products.
THE PERSON:
*Excellent customer service skills.
*PC literate.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Able to commit to a long-term temporary assignment.
