Title: Administrator
Hourly Rate: £7-8.50 per hour
Location: Workington, Cumbria

Administrator required in the Workington area of Cumbria.

Main Duties will included:
Confidential Secretarial duties
SAP ordering/receipting of goods and services
General Admin duties - filing, answering the telephone, typing of documents for site based staff, receiving and dispatching post/parcels
Reception duties and gate access control via CCTV and remote intercom.
Making tea/coffee for visitors and conferences


Relevant Experience
Previous reception/admin background
Must be proficient in SAP
Good communicator, working with other teams
Familiar with creating and updating IT systems (specific training will be provided)
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Good team worker
Flexible working hours
