My client is one of the UKs largest outsourcing companies. They are looking for three dedicated individuals to join their progression scheme.

Successful applicants will need at least 6 months of sales experience. Other key skills include target driven attitude, dedication, work ethic, team player, motivation, and willingness to learn new skills.

You will be trained on the new products and services of one of our client's campaigns. From there, you will be part of their development scheme. You will start as an outbound sales agent, making cold and outbound calls to new and existing customers. You will receive weekly coaching sessions and 121 reviews. From there, you will be trained to be a Team Leader to Assistant Sales Manager to Sales Manager.

We are looking for people with ambition and the desire to progress through the company.

You will start on a basic salary of 14K. This will rise to 14.5K on completion of your probation period (3 months). You will receive six month salary reviews from this point onwards.

You will also receive a generous commission based on your sales, on site parking, pension, healthcare, and other benefits/bonuses.
