Full Description:

Our client is a well established distributor based in Chadderton within easy reach of the M60 motorway and on a number of excellent transport routes - towns such as Rochdale, Bury and Bolton are all within easy reach.

Due to continued growth their current requirement is for a suitably experienced Import Merchandiser to join their established team and report into the Commercial Director

Duties will include

- Management of the critical path, from initial selection meeting with buyers through to delivery of products.
- Visiting customers to present new products and progress production
- Liaise directly with suppliers mainly in China and the Far East
- You will responsible for attending various international exhibitions with buyers to establish product trends

To be considered for the role you will need

- Experience of working as an Import Merchandiser
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Confident in leading supplier meeting
