Fantastic full time permanent positions to join a leading media based company in Baguley in Manchester. You'll be dealing with inbound calls from new and existing customers and finding a suitable media package that best meets their needs. You'll then turn the call into a sale whilst delivering excellent customer service and working to targets. If you have outstanding communication skills, previous sales experience gained within a call centre, previous experience of working to targets; a full understanding of how targets work and are motivated by targets and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering first rate customer service, this could be just what you're looking for. Training is held over the first four weeks from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is completed, you will then work 37.5 hours each week on a rotating shift basis during the opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 8.15pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
