A customer support administrator is required for a permanent position within a leading business service provider within the Bury area.
The Role:
• Providing administrative support to a busy department
• Handling and resolving customer delivery queries
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Producing ad hoc reports as required
• Creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets
• General administration including filing, faxing and photocopying
• Various ad hoc duties as requested

You will ideally have previous experience within a customer service or administrative role, as well as strong IT and communication skills.
