A customer services advisor is required for a permanent position within a leading telecoms provider within the Bury area.
The Role:
• Provided front line customer service support for key accounts
• Handling and resolving customer order and billing queries
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Producing ad hoc reports as required
• Creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets
• General administration including filing, faxing and photocopying
• Various ad hoc duties as requested

You will ideally have previous experience within a customer service or administrative role, as well as strong IT and communication skills.
