A well renowned public sector organisation in Manchester is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to work on an initial 6 month temporary contract and to start asap.
This crucial project role will involve these key responsibilities:
- assist with the purchase of goods, materials and services for all departments
- authorise and raise Purchase Orders
- process a high volume of invoices
- deal with telephone queries from suppliers
The project is for an initial 6 month period but may be extended for the suitable candidate. Ideally you will be a strong team player and capable of liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
