Preston Brook, near Runcorn

If you’re professional, enthusiastic and great in a team, our Telesales team could be the place for you. There are two different roles available and also an opportunity for talented Team Leaders.

As an Inbound Telesales Agent, you will deal with potential customers who have heard about our offers and got in touch to find out more. You’ll give them all the details and then aim for a sale. In the second Telesales role, you’ll do the same but also cold call businesses and arrange appointments with our Field Reps.

Driving sales means creating a rapport with customers and getting them interested. Whether you’re taking calls or making appointments, you’ll act as a one-stop shop, providing customers with the solutions they need.

We’re looking for experience in B2B sales, plus the determination to get results. You’ll also need to be self-motivated, organised and good at influencing customers, with an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. Team Leaders must be outstanding – inspirational for staff and experienced in performance management.
