A large central government organisation is looking for 2 HR Administrators to join its busy HR team on a temporary basis for at least 3 months.

Day to day duties will include:
Data capture and input on Snowdrop HR system
Maintaining security and confidentiality at all times
Undertaking assigned administrative tasks within agreed timescales including photocopying and faxing
Maintaining an adequate stationary supply for the HR team
Timely correspondence and post handling, including post opening and distribution across the team
Undertaking all HR filing ensuring that files are kept up to date and comply with the Data Protection Act

You must have previous experience of the above duties as well as administration experience within a HR environment to be considered for this post. Excellent time keeping, attendance and customer service skills are also essential.
