We are currently recruiting for an administrator to work for our client who are a part of the NHS and are based in vibrant and modern offices in the City Centre of Manchester

The role will involve a variety of administrative duties including compiling and ammending spreadsheets, typing letters and documents, minuting meetings, providing support to the directors including booking travel and accommodation and any daily administrative tasks as required. The role will also involve supporting the team with any administrative tasks as required on a daily basis, this will include booking and setting up meeting rooms, taking telephone calls and providing reception cover as required.

You will have previous experience within an adminstration based role and will be competent with a range of IT packages including the microsoft suite, particulary the use of Excel and Outlook. You will have the ability to work in a busy role, and flexibility to complete a variety of tasks on a daily basis.

The role will be on a temporary and ongoing basis and the pay rate will be between £8.50 and £10.00 per hour.
