Our Client is a professional corporate property business based in the heart of Central Manchester - they offer a busy, dynamic and driven work environment. The offices are bright and modern.

Due to the continued success of the business and changes in the internal structure - we are now looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

Reporting to an Associate of the business this is a high profile and rewarding role and would suit the following type of person;

- you will need to enjoy managing a team of people - and will have either have a proven track record of team management or have at least assisted with the management of a team

- you will need to be driven and self motivated

- you should have strong organisational and communication skills

- you will need to be professional in approach and in personal style

The key tasks of the role will include;

- Management of Supplier database and management of Payments

- Liaise with internal departments including Credit Control

- Effective management of queries - maintaining strong relationships at all times

- Carry out Supplier Account Reconciliations

- Maintain and manage strong relationships with Banks and Auditors.
