My client, based in the heart of Altrincham, is a highly successful and growing business services organisation. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to undertake a vital role as part of their growth plans.

Supporting a team of people and assisting the Director, the successful candidate will be undertaking a varied workload including: -

Diary management
Resource planning
Organising travel and accommodation
Chasing outstanding documents and files
Producing reports, presentations and tender documents
File management
Point of contact for internal and external clients
Office management including purchasing and facilities
Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational abilities, the ability to produce correspondence, presentations and other confidential work to the highest standards, strong audio and copy typing skills and a high level of computer literacy. It is envisaged that the role will be taken by an experienced PA who can juggle many tasks, prioritise an ever changing and demanding workload and deliver to deadlines.
