My client is a well established dynamic debt management company based in Carrington, they are committed to offering a wide range of financial solutions to there customers and providing only the best possible products.

Job role
• The Debt Advisor will convert company leads into a financial solution such as a Debt Management Plan, IVA or Self Help Pack by offering best practice advice to those passed through to the department from other internal areas.
• Deal with various introducers each day to accept hot key transfers of pre qualifying debt management leads and liaise with them to reject any potential non qualifying leads
• Effectively manage own workload in co operation with required targets and KPIs
• Ensure all client detail is input and ensure the database is updated in line with quality targets
• Suggest the best financial solution to the client according to their needs
• Ensure full understanding by client of the Debt management process and related payments
• Ensure follow up paperwork is received and returned in line with targets
• Communicate with client using various methods to ensure payments are made
• Adherence to Company Standards in Operations and other relevant Company Policies
• A strong team player, assisting peers and Managers to maximise all business opportunities.
• Empowered to construct & take responsibility for own personal development and to take part of all training supplied by the company.


The jobholder must be able to demonstrate consistent achievements of their own targets in line with the Company targets.


IDEAL CANDIDATE/EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 6 months relevant experience in a customer-facing role is essential, together with previous experience in a financial services environment.
• Call centre experience would be desirable.
• The jobholder must have outstanding negotiation skills with a willingness to uphold targets in line with quality.
• A strong team player attitude and flexibility will ensure success in the role.
• Ideally have experience with sales.
• The jobholder will strive to continually improve their performance against all targets in line with the Business needs and provide ideas and feedback to both the Team Manager and their peers to improve processes, quality & sales performance.


Working hours:
Mon - Fri shifts vary
8.30am -4.30pm
10am -6.30pm
12.30m -9pm
1 in 6 Saturdays
