An award winning company with numerous sites with continuing expansion, they are looking for motivated people who are keen to build a lasting career within this exciting environment.
There are various campaigns to work on with room for career progression for candidates who are looking for the right opportunity.
The key sectors we service include telecoms, utility providers and media financial services.
Starting salaries are £14,000 working your way up to £14,500 with commission and bonuses.

Role
• Achieving sales targets both daily and monthly
• Ensuring that the customers requirements are met
• Ensuring that every call is made to an excellent quality
Skills required
• To work as part of a team in a professional contact centre environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work in a target driven environment
Experience
• 3-6 month’s sales experience
• Non contact centre work is acceptable
• Previous experience of working with internal and/or external customers or though not essential
• Basis IT skills preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
