We are seeking a Resourcer to join our successful team, who will be focused on candidate generation, job posting, booking candidates onto assessment and organising start dates for successful candidates offered jobs. This fast paced position requires good attention to detail, strong initiative and the ability to prioritise and perform under time pressure.
This role will be the first step in your recruitment career and we fully expect you to be pushing for promotion to a full consultancy role.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by exceeding targets, being pushed outside their comfort zone and developing their candidate network through a variety of proactive means
