Up to £19,000 | Stretford | Full or part-time

Everyone needs a friendly, reassuring voice at the end of the phone when they’re having a crisis. Not least those stranded on the Motorway hard shoulder when they should be picking up their kids from school. At the RAC we’re the experts in providing that voice. And our 6 million customers can vouch for it.

If you join us as a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be friendly, compassionate and a quick thinker, answering calls from public and corporate customers regarding their policies, many of which will have broken down and be in need of immediate assistance. You’ll take their details, reassure, and help locate them in their moment of need.

Alternatively you could join us as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In this role you’ll take calls from our contact centre and will ultimately be taking ownership and responsibility for customers’ emergency breakdowns from start to finish. Using your initiative as you work closely with Patrols to resolve situations.

These are both crucial roles when you think about it and to add this could be the first contact many customers will have had with the RAC, so it’s important to leave them with an exceptional first impression that lasts.

Though call centre experience would be useful for these roles, they are roles that would perfectly suit a quick, assured decision maker.
