Unique opportunity to join one of Manchester’s leading Financial Services organisation. You will manage your own personal client base of between 250-300 clients and provide guidance & advice on their finances. The company offers a full in-depth training programme and an ongoing professional development plan to ensure that you reach your full potential.
Key duties will include
Dealing with inbound calls from your clients with regards to their personal finances
Making outbound calls to clients to conduct financial reviews
Collating clients financial documentation for case files
Maintaining accurate client records and recording accurate notes following updates
Liaising closely with internal department and where necessary making client referrals

Key skills required
Previous experience of managing a client base
Excellent time management skills as you will be required to prioritise your daily workload without supervision
Ability to manage and develop customer relationships
Good attention to detail
Excellent numerical skills

Successful candidates must possess Grade C GCSE Maths & English or equivalents.
