DATA MANAGER
LBM employ approximately 2,000 staff across seven sites. As the fastest-growing marketing services business in the country, LBM offers award-winning products and services: everything from prospect data and marketing strategy insight to the full range of contact activity and comprehensive direct marketing programmes. The key industry sectors we serve include telecoms, utilities, financial services, media, automotive and retail.
Role Summary and Overview:
The team is responsible for the Maintenance and Development of Client and Internal databases, the preparation of list sales data and the creation and fulfilment of emails via a broadcast system. The position available is within the core data management team as a L2 Data Manager.

Role Overview & Specific Responsbilities:
• Maintaining client databases
• Reaching and managing client deadlines
• Ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date
• Development, maintenance and fulfillment of data loading and extracting processes for new data feeds into CMDs
• To assist the client account managers and analysis team as and when required.
• Updating and continually improving production processes
• Communication, from briefing stage through to data delivery and results reporting. Including:
- Initial data audit findings
- Full project results reporting
- Client communications
• Internal communications

Business / Technical Knowledge:
• Proven track record of delivering against client (internal or external) assignments which provide timescale challenges.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages (in particular Word, Excel and Access)
• At least 1 years commercial experience using MS SQL 2000 / 2005
Previous experience of data verification / matching software is an advantage

Personal Attributes:
• Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer focus and flexibility to think of ways to facilitate working with the business
• Flexibility and change orientation – ability to work in a fast passed and ever changing dynamic business environment which will require the job holder to manage a large volume of high priority tasks.
