LBM Direct Marketing – Lead Generator – Exciting New Opportunity LBM Direct Marketing is the fastest-growing marketing services business in the country. If you are driven by targets and ££££ - READ ON!!! Role Summary: The role of Lead Generator will be to proactively generate new sales leads to develop new areas of business for LBM Direct Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Working from a client database, the Lead Generator will be responsible for proactively calling prospective companies to establish their business needs and requirements. Using strong sales techniques and an exceptional telephone manner, the Lead Generator will be required to target companies and decision makers in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The Lead Generator will be targeted on securing a set target number of lead referrals per day and will be rewarded for superseding these targets. The Generator will then be accountable for passing leads on to the Field Sales and Direct Sales Teams. The position will require significant communication skills, both externally and internally, whilst combining the ability to handle multiple tasks and to communicate development to Sales Managers. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to work to their own initiative and an ability to consistently perform. Essential Experience: · You must be experienced in Outbound Sales - Business2Business · You must have a proven sales background · The ability to communicate clearly with prospective clients/businesses and to interpret their needs and requirements quickly. · This also includes the ability to convey a confident and knowledgeable image to the client Personal Attributes: You will demonstrate a willingness and an enthusiasm for working within a new and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have an energetic and forward-thinking approach to generating new client business. You will be goal orientated and demonstrate a hands-on approach to identifying new business You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a proactive and professional manner. Starting Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 (performance based commission) |
