This well established construction / engineering firm based in Chadderton are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their expanding office support team.
Your role will involve day to day duties such as:- Updating the in-house training systems & booking training courses, Formatting documents & reports, Information gathering and form completion, Health & Safety Administration, General office administration duties.
Previous experience within a construction or training environment would be highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This will be a busy and varied role which will require excellent communication and organisation skills. You will have strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel and experience of MS Project would be desirable. A team player with the ability to work off their own initiative is essential.
