| My client is a private hospital based in Rochdale. We are looking for a experienced Receptionist that has good IT and admin experience to work work in a specialist part of the hospital. You will be based in the Xray department, this is a very nice and exciting role for the right person. Duties will be: To manage an appointment system. To ensure prompt processing and distribution of films and reports. To ensure accurate and timely charging. To maintain files/records. To take and deliver messages accurately. To adhere to hospital polices and procedures. To adhere to health and safety polices. To use resources efficiently and economically. To assist with updating polices and procedures. To present a co-operative and helpful image. To attend and contribute to unit meetings. Meet and great customers Deal with all reception duties You will need to have good organisational skills, be very professional and well presented. Due to the mature of the role you will need to be 100% confidential about patients information. This is a ongoing contract up to 6 months for maternity cover. Hours of work 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. (Could possible to Monday - Thursday) Hourly pay 6 - 7.50per hour dependant on experience. |
