This global banking organisation required a Relationship Manager with proven experience in building relationships to ensure maximum sales within the Financial Sector.
The Premium Development Manager is the key customer facing role which will utilise the role holders skills, experience and hunger for success in order to develop and deliver exceptional business performance. The role holder will Manage complex lending and customer management opportunities, with exceptional credit skills, the ability to structure deals and manage demanding customers as well as building a strong local business profile.
Areas of responsibility will include:
Responsibility for a core portfolio of customer relationships.
Deliver substantial market share growth through new business generation.
Drive income and balance sheet growth through new business generation
Building business profile in the market through introducer relationships, networking externally and internally.
Skills and Experience required:
The ability to shape complex lending propositions
Outstanding Credit Skills needed to present a range of options to customers/prospective customers
Excellent networking skills used to systematically generate high quality new business
Strong Planning and Organising skills.
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to structure complex deals and effectively manage demanding customers.
