Full Description:
Very well organised with excellent communication skills. Must have previous supervisory experience.

To ensure that all Control Room Operatives (CRO's) have objectives set and are fully competent. To ensure all Control Room Operatives have personal development plan. All identified training is implemented. Communicate business priorities to all Control Room Operatives. To collate, maintain and update all necessary business operational data. Assist Regional Support Managers, to roster and schedule Aegis personnel as to agreed work rotas, and ensure that sufficient manning is available to meet operational service objectives and requirements. The production of departmental operational systems (logosoft) reports and other ad hoc reporting where requested
To ensure prompt and concise verbal communication updates of operational manning status to field based management and senior supervisory staff

Hours - 40 per hour per week includes Saturdays within the shift pattern
Holidays - 25 days + stats
