| As Factory Manager the candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and budgetary control of the Manufacturing department. Production and Engineering operations. Health and Safety. Planned and preventative maintenance. Continuous improvement. Budget management. The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in manufacturing operations. Ability to enhance productivity and efficiency through modern manufacturing methods. A proven track record of holding senior management positions. Able to provide strategic input as part of the senior management team. Experienced in all aspects of people management and employee relations. Good communicator at all levels and very well organised. Experienced in change management. Hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm but must be flexible Lunch - 1 hour Holidays - 25 days + stats Benefits - to be confirmed |
