| International organisation Outstanding reputation as an employer Challenging and varied role Opportunity to join this very niche international organisation within the servicing team. You will work as a Service co coordinator and be responsible for co coordinating a service engineer workforce of 40 engineers. You will take responsibility for allocating work and prioritising tasks according to clients needs. The role requires someone who can work under pressure and that is assertive as you will need to communicate decisions made and ensure that client’s needs are satisfied within SLA’s. Key Duties Dealing with incoming calls Logging maintenance, fault and engineering queries on the system Allocating engineers to jobs and vice versa Prioritising business critical jobs against those that are regular or routine Processing industry health and safety paperwork Processing engineers documentation and ensuring that all comply with health & safety regulations Key Skills Fast accurate keyboard skills Good knowledge of SAP or equivalent Ms Word & Ms Excel Gibson Hollyhomes is acting as an Employment Agency |
